New Feature in Pago Build 535 (1.23.25)

Hello Pago Mobile Users,

We have created a new feature to help labor operations with crews that have individual employees that do various jobs in various locations throughout the day (for example tractor drivers and irrigators).  In the Pago Timekeeper mobile app, you can navigate to the “Work By Employees” menu option to see the updated screen and new app features. Mobile app users must have both the “Timekeeper” and “Work Assignment Creator” roles to enable the new app features. The timekeeper user will be able to view all of the employees in their crew and whether they are clocked-in or not. The timekeeper user will have the ability to clock-in employees for the day and then record job and location changes throughout the day for each individual employee. The mobile app will automatically create work assignments as needed. This new feature will also allow you to record equipment usage for the individual employee.

The following screenshots demonstrate the steps to clocking in individual employees.

Click on the “Work By Employees” menu item on the home page of Pago. 

Once in the Work By Employees page you can use an NFC scan, a QR code scan or a Search to select an employee to clock-in. You can also tap on the employee if they are visible in the list.

Fill in the screen with the selected values for the employee clock-in (location, job, equipment, etc.) Tap the Submit button when finished and Pago will automatically create a work assignment and add the employee to it. 

Once the work assignment is created, the app will take you to the following screen where you can tap the Start Work button to clock-in the employee.  As seen below. 

Once time has been added, the app will return you to the employee summary screen for that specific employee. 

To continue to add entries for this employee, you will hit the green plus button and select the desired entry.

When you get a moment, open up the Pago Timekeeper mobile app and go to the home page to see what build you are currently using. 

You will find the build number at the bottom of the page.

If you are not on the latest build please make sure to update the app in the App Store.  

 If you experience any issues with the new build please report them at once.

To Update Android devices:

Go to “Play Store” look for Pago Time Keeper press the 3 dots on the right and press

“Enable to Update”

To Update Apple Device: 

Go to App Store, look for Pago Time Keeper and press “ update”
