Create a team in Pago Mobile and Edit Teams

Crews can have multiple teams. In order to create a team, we must first click on the main menu and select Crews.

On the Crews screen you will see all the crews associated with the logged in timekeeper user. Select the desired crew for which you want to create a team.

On the crew screen, you will see a count of the crew members and a count of the teams. Now select the teams option.

In Crew Teams screen you will be able to view the current teams that exist for your selected crew. To create a new team tap the green plus button.

You can add members to the new team by scanning employee badges or enter entering the employee numbers. When you are done adding employees to the team, tap the Save button

You will now see the newly created team, by default the teams are created with the last name of the first employee scanned. However, you can change the name by clicking on the team. For our example, we will change Team Branch.

We will be changing Team Branch name to just table 1. Insert a new name next to the line that says new name and tap the Save button.
