When you first create a work assignment it is initially in the Scheduling stage. The work assignment is not visible on mobile devices. This is the perfect time to make any changes to the specific work assignment.

Waiting(mobile, web) |
|
At this stage, the timekeeper can now see the work assignment on their mobile device. The web user is waiting for the timekeeper to begin timekeeping.

The timekeeper has begun recording time and production. | |
4. |
Submitted(mobile, web) |
|
The timekeeper has finished the work assignment and has submitted his work for the office personnel to review. The work assignment is visible on mobile, but not editable.

5. |
Reviewing(web only) |
The office personnel are now reviewing the work assignment and data the timekeeper submitted. The work assignment is no longer visible on mobile devices. Now is the time for office personnel to fix any issues with the work assignment.

6. |
Compliance(web only) |
|
In this status, the work assignment is checked for any compliance issues and if there is any compliance to be applied a system-generated work log is created. On this stage, You will see a green checkmark appear next to an employee's worklog if it has passed a compliance check.

7. |
Completed(web only) |
|
The work assignment is put into the Completed status when all edits are completed. At this stage, NO changes can be made. If you need to edit the work assignment, you must return it to the Reviewing status.
