Equipment Scans

Start off by opening our Pago App.   

We will need to open up our work assignment and hit the green plus button. 

We will then enter a new page, and hit the start work button. 

We will now need to enter the time of when this employee will start work.  In the example below you will see we started at 6:00 am.  Next we need to press the "Select Equipment" and it will bring us to the equipment page that is linked ot your account.  You can either select from the list an check the green boxes, scan the barcodes, QR code or use the NFC as we will in this article.  You will need to press the NFC Square on the right hand side on the screen.  And it will take you to the scanning screen. 
 

Once in the scanning screen, you will need to press the NFC button once more which is located on the upper right hand corner.  Scanning screen will prompt you when ready for scanning. Make sure that you hold your device as close to the NFC tag as possible.  

Once it has scanned equipment successfully it will give you a check mark on the screen. And take you to the equipment page with the piece of equipment you scanned.  You will need to press “Select” at the bottom of the screen to accept that piece of equipment.  

After you have selected the equipment, you will need to proceed with selecting your employee that you would like to be associated with the equipment.  Press the “Search for Employee” and select the employee from the list or search for employee from the search bar on the top.  Once you have selected your employee the app will take you to the Start Work page again, select the green button with the arrow to confirm the employee. 

Once you have selected the employee and confirmed, that employee will appear below on the same page.  You can close the page by selecting close at the bottom of the screen.  You will then enter the Time screen and you can refresh the screen by pulling it down towards you.  If you would like to see the equipment associated with that employee press the equipment button on the bottom of the screen.  There you will see the employee and the equipment associated.
