Crew teams

When you count production in Pago, you can count by employee, by crew, or by team within a crew. Teams are formed within a crew and are composed of one or more employees. Each team is given a name. Teams can be created and deleted in either the Pago web app or the Pago Timekeeper mobile app. In this article, we will be using the Pago web app to create a team.

1. On the top level navigation, click on the Workforce option which will expand and display the Employees and Crews options. Click on the Crews option to view a list of crews. Select the crew for which you would like to manage teams. Then select the Teams tab. A list of current crew teams will be displayed.

2. Click on the Create Team button.

3. Enter a team name or allow the Pago web app to set a default team name for you.

4. Navigate the Employee Lookup field and a list of employees will be displayed. You can enter an employee number or employee name to find the employee you want to add to the crew. Once you find the desired employee click on the Add button to add the employee to the team.

5. When you are done adding employees to the team, click on the Create button to finish the team creation process. 

You will see the list of teams once you are done creating the teams. To edit a team click on the team.  

Before you can start using teams you must make sure you have selected teams for production count. Customer > Contracts > Select a contract > Work Types > Select the appropriate work type you will be using teams for or create new work type  > Edit Work type > Production Counting > set to TEAMS

Now you are ready to use on mobile. Make sure you select the work type that contains teams as production counting when creating a work assignment. 

Notice on mobile ion the team production screen select team will display as opposed to select an employee  

For our example, Table 1 only did 2 Pieces. Pago divides the Pieces evenly among the team members.
