When you count production in Pago, you can count by employee, by crew, or by team with a crew. Teams are formed within a crew and are composed of one or more employees.
Before you can count production by team, you must make sure you have selected teams as the production counting method on a contract.
1. On the top level navigation, click on the Customers options. Then select a customer to edit. Then select the Contracts tab and select a contract to edit. After selecting a contract, then select the Work Types tab and select a work type to edit.
2. Select the Edit Work Type button.
OR if you are adding a new work type, instead of selecting a work type, you can select the Add Work Type button.

In the Production Counting field, select the Team value and select the Save button.
Now, when you create work assignments for the contract, the production counting feature will prompt the user to record production counts by team.
In the Pago Timekeeper mobile app, when you want to count production, you will an option to Select a Team. You can also scan the badge of any team member to select the team.

When production is counted by team, the pieces will be split evenly between the members of the team. For example, if a team produces 30 pieces in a day and the team has 3 team members, then the piece count allocated to each team member will be 10 (30 divided by 3).
