Create a Team on Mobile
On the main menu select Crews.
In the Crews screen you will see all the crews associated with the logged in timekeeper user.
Select the desired crew for which you want to create a team.
On the crew's screen you will see all the members. By hitting the green plus button you will be able to add more members to this crew or press the “Teams” icon below to enter the teams page.
Once in the “Teams” page you will find existing teams or hit the green plus button to creating your teams .
You can now scan employee badges or search for employees their name or employee number. When you are done adding employees to a team you can name the team in the box labeled “Team Name.”
After you hit the save button you will be able to see your list of teams created. If you need to rename a team click on the desired team name you wish to change. A box will pop up and will allow you to rename the team.
What if I already started a work assignment and I need to add another team or make adjustments?
Go to the “Production” button and hit the plus green button, then press “Manage Teams”
You can add a new team, or disable teams from here.
